According to the International Astronomical Society, the next New Moon was visible on August 1.
Eid Al Adha is not official until the Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia can visibly see the Zul Hijjah Moon Moon.
As this was sighted, Eid can go ahead, starting 10 days later.
This means the festival will run for three days from August 11 until August 14
